This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and beetron ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of bTChatty2 (the "App"), a mobile chat application available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
bTChatty2 is a mobile chat application designed for private chatting with friended users. The App has no means of finding or connecting with random people, which serves as an additional safety measure.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Apple devices.
You agree to use the App responsibly.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary. We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App for operational purposes.
Our Content: All other content in the App, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
